A German SME has developed tubing from glass-fibre reinforced plastic (GRP). Its cross-bond multiple filament winding is not only applied radially, but also axially. The tubing is distinguished by gas-tightness, chemical resistance, rigidity, low thermal expansion, smooth inner surface and pressure resistance. The company seeks for technical cooperation with partners from the food and chemical sectors as well as from HVAC and plant engineering in order to adapt the material to their needs.
