斯洛伐克研究機構(gòu)已研發(fā)出一種用于生產(chǎn)增強金屬基復合材料的設備。生產(chǎn)商能為客戶提供咨詢服務。

 

英文原文: Aluminium (titanium)-based composite material reinforced with continuous boron (SiC, steel) fibres (04 SK SKBB 0B66) | Slovakia| OFFER|20.12.2012 A Slovak research institute has developed the technology of preparation of metal matrix composite materials reinforced with continuous fibres based on the production of monolayers of fibres wound and fixed onto aluminium or titanium foil by pressing or plasma spraying. The material can be used everywhere where low mass, high stiffness and dimension stability of components are required. The producer offers supply advisory services at the customer's application site. A Slovak research institute has developed a special technology of preparation of metal matrix composite materials reinforced with continuous fibres based on the production of monolayers of fibres wound and fixed onto aluminium or titanium foil by pressing or plasma spraying. Monolayers are then stacked according to required fibre orientation respecting the strength characteristics of final product, and vacuum pressed at elevated temperatures. Sheets, panels and tubes can be produced. The composite material can be used for very stiff rods, frames, holders of optical systems, robot arms, turbine blades and everywhere where low mass, high stiffness and dimension stability of components are required. This composite material is due to its high costs produced only on demand for precisely defined applications. One well-known application is the framework of the American Space shuttle".
