英文原文：A Spanish micro SME is looking for an IT tool application for the development of a precise wind map of a metropolitan area. This map shall be a guide tool for the enterprises planning micro wind turbines or hybrid renewable energy installations in urban areas. It has to be an effective tool able to provide data such as the Weibull curve and in addition has to take into account the layout of the city (buildings, streets, barriers).
