英文原文:A Hungarian SME developed wood-plastic composite from wood waste. Its main advantage: it is possible to produce it with previously planned hardness from recycling plastic communal waste and from timber waste. The technology is good for wood- and furniture-, plastic-, building material industry and waste processing and recycling companies. The company is seeking for an industrial or service-providing partner for plastic industrial development and establishing manufacturing conditions. Novelty of the technology: the new wooden-plastic composite materials are of bigger hardness, thus their capacity is also higher than most of the present-day wooden-based composite material. The expanded insulating plate can be recycled, unlike the traditional insulating plates. Advantages of the technology: ? The new products: – do not emit gaseous materials, which are harmful to health or nature (for example: formaldehyde, VOC - Volatile Organic Compound) – they are made almost of totally recycled waste, “by-product” – the composite materials can also be recycled – material-saving – abrasion-proof – can be used by small enterprises as well in an energy-saving and economical way ? due to inertia-optimized profile, it is possible to manufacture products with the same capacity from less material or to produce product with higher capacity from the same amount of material ? manufacturing the new product can start easily and quickly.
