英文原文：A Basque SME specialized in the manufacturing of mooring and marine chains as well as accessories, is interested in establishing agreement with entities with expertise in the development and application of inspection and monitoring techniques. In particular, the appropriateness of thermography for the identification of cracks in this kind of steel products needs to be assessed. The company is looking for a technical cooperation agreement and/or a commercial agreement with technical assistance. The required technique will be mainly applied in chains from 60 mm up to 185 mm bar diameter. Present manufacturing capacity allows the Basque company to supply 36,000 tonnes a year in qualities R5, R4S, R4, R3S, R3 and ORQ as well as VGW tailor made solutions. As far as accessories are concerned, the inspection and monitoring solution should be suitable for forged components up to 3 tons per piece and machined components from rolled material up to 90 tons each.
