Summary:

A Slovenian company has developed an energy efficient intelligent industrial LED lighting system, suitable for large industrial halls and warehouses. The system enables remote controlling of illumination, optimization of lighting regime and is equipped with sensory equipment which automatically adjusts the power of lighting, based on presence of workers and other moving objects. Partners for joint venture or distribution/manufacturing/commercial agreement with technical assistance are sought.

Details:

The company’s LED is especially made for use in industry facilities and warehouses. Installation of the LED lighting system results in 80% reduction in electricity use, as well as a reduction in CO2-emissions by 90% and on the other hand up to 100% better illumination.

The lighting system is upgraded with a controlling system that enables remote controlling of lighting installation called ILCS (Intelligent Lighting Control System) combined with a Pyroelectric ("Passive") InfraRed sensor that, in addition, improves energy efficiency. The lighting regime can be determined in advance by  defined time intervals and can be simply adjusted to new lighting demands. The system additionally reduces energy use without reducing the lighting of the work space, with sensory semi-obscuration according to employee’s presence/absence (e.g. 100% lighting in the event of present worker, 30% lighting in the event of absent worker). The system is also equipped with a turn-on sensor mechanism in the event of quick passing by fork-lift trucks or other vehicles.

The company’s LED is made to resist harsh conditions in heavy industry. Quality materials are used. The main component of LED light, semi-conductor diodes, are integrated in robust aluminium housing with ribbed configuration for optimal heat dissipation. There is no maintenance needed compared to already established products. Furthermore, the company provides warranties of between 5 and 10 years on all components.

The company’s products have very high resistance to vibrations and high temperatures that occur in heavy industry facilities. The lights reach optimum performance in high halls. The robustness of the industrial design with vertical ribs provides optimal heat dissipation and ensures the dust can’t accumulate on the light. Because the lights light up immediately, safety is improved. The illumination is as daylight without glare. 

The company provides everything for the investment, from start to finish: analysis, lighting project, delivery, the replacement itself and also financing for the investment, which can be repaid monthly from savings that the LED lamps produce. The average turn of the investment is 1 to 3 years depending mostly on electricity price.
